By accessing or using the Palorie mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Erendil Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Palorie is a nutrition tracking application that allows you to log meals, set calorie and macronutrient goals, view trends, and receive AI-powered nutritional insights. The Service is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Guest accounts may have limited functionality and data persistence.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Erendil Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service (e.g., meal logs, preferences). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Health Disclaimer

Palorie provides calorie and nutrition estimates based on the information you supply and publicly available data. These estimates may not be perfectly accurate. The Service is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or health routine.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erendil Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
